Exit Right

Imagine you are at the top of a mountain you just climbed.  You gaze down across the valley to your vehicle and you have a couple of options on how to get to it.  You can plan a trip down and walk down like you came up, or you can jump off the cliff and get to it quickly, but not safely.

This is how businesses fall apart.  The owner wants out for one reason or another, but has not planned the process (the trip) so the cliff becomes the default option.  The consistent problem with this option is the thud at the end...
